Ingredients:
1 large bunch of kale
1/4 cup Nama Shoyu
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 head of broccoli, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Wash kale, remove toughest stem ends and chop roughly. Mix liquid ingredients and stir in to coat kale and optional broccoli. Spread on mesh dehydrator trays and dry gently for an hour or so until warm but not crisp.
This will disappear off the dehydrating trays because it is so good! Most people who would never eat kale, love the unique taste of this combination.
