Homemade Paleo Tortilla Chips


1 cup almond flour

1 egg white

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon paprika



1. Preheat oven to 325° F. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together until a well-combined dough is formed.

2. Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper, as thinly as possible. Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Cut the dough into desired shapes for chips.

3. Gently pick up the parchment paper with dough on it and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes.

4. Use a spatula to remove the chips from the paper. Serve with guacamole or salsa.
