1 cup crushed organic pineapple
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup raisins
4 cups grated carrots
3/4 cups chopped toasted pecans
Combine crushed pineapple, Greek yogurt, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir until completely combined. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir again. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
